Elementary eFolders

Friday/Monday Folders are Going Paperless

As part of our continuing effort to improve communication, become more efficient, and model good stewardship of the environment, we are implementing a significant new communication channel.  We have labeled this tool "eFolder." 

Note:  Some paper will still be sent home (IE: Permision Slips, Report Cards, Etc...)

You can access the "eFolder", under News on your elementary building's website.

For those who would like to recieve an email notice when the "eFolder" for their school is posted:
Please make sure your e-mail address is in your student(s) contact information using our Parent Web system and select the eFolder box.  When a new "eFolder" is posted, your elementary school will notify you via email, which will contain a link to your elementary school website.  The "eFolder" will be on the main page of your school website under News.

As with any implementation of a new system, some problems may occur.  We expect and consider this as part of the process.  Please feel free to comment or share ideas through your building principal.

A paper based weekly folder will continue to be available to those families who wish it.  To continue receiving the paper based folder, please complete the form below and return it to your building secretary.
