Enrollment/Registration Required documents:

• 3 Proofs of Residency
◊ Driver License with Royal Oak address (of parent or guardian)
◊ Current Utility Bill, Lease Agreement, Tax Statement, etc.

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Filled out documents from enrollment packet

Elementary students are to enroll at our centralized location:
