Adult High School Completion

Royal Oak's program for adults who wish to complete the requirements for a high school diploma (for students 16 years of age and older).  Non-high school graduates who are not attending school during the day can take classes free of charge.  Graduates and students who attend school during the day must pay a tuition fee of $200.00 for evening classes.  High school students must bring a signed permission slip from their high school counselor.

Two 15-week semesters are offered between September and May. 

Registration begins August 26, 2013. 

Classes will begin September 16, 2013. 

Student's 20 years of age or older by September 1, 2013, will need to take our Reading Assessment prior to actually scheduling classes.  The testing process and registration take approximately 2 hours.  Beginning August 26, 2013,  registration hours for students who must test are:  Monday's and Tuesday's 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  and  Wednesday's and Thursday's 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m.

The Fall Adult Education Evening Class Schedule has each class meeting two evenings a week - Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. The classes meet from 3:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m., 3:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.,  5:30 p.m - 7:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. - 9:15 p.m.
