ROHS Writers Club

Do you have a flair for writing?  Need help developing an essay or story?  Want to learn new techniques?  Writer's Club offers students the experience to become familiar with writing, editing, and publishing methods.  Members of the club learn an array of writing styles, ranging from blogging, to poetry, to illustrated storytelling.  Students will also learn to develop their pieces of writing through writing discussions and workshops.  During Writer's Rountable, members come together to study various writing techniques while still keeping it fun and creative.  Members bring in their own pieces of writing to be peer edited on Writer's Workshop days.  This allows members to work out any errors in their writing and receive advice that will help further develop their style.  If you are interested in Writing Club, club sponsor Ms. Gardy urges you to drop in at their next meeting.
