Background:

I am enjoying my sixth year as an Elementary School Principal, in the Royal Oak Educational Community.  I spent three years at Starr Elementary as the principal and am currently in my third year at Oak Ridge Elementary.  Prior to Starr Elementary, I served as an Assistant Principal at Dondero High School.  I enjoyed twelve years of teaching before serving as an administrator, both in the Rochester and the Royal Oak School District. 

Our focus at Oak Ridge Elementary is student achievement.  We believe that every student can learn and that we provide intentional strategies to achieve our goals. 

The staff, here at Oak Ridge, is positive and forward thinking.  We are united in our efforts, we act as a team and we understand that continuous improvement is our reality.
