Hello! As the twelfth year of teaching 6th grade science gets underway,
I am very excited to be apart of Team 6R! I have been teaching
in Royal Oak for 13 1/2 years, teaching math and science at the middle
school/junior high level.

I am very fortunate to have my husband as a colleague too, Jason
teaches 8th grade science & ELA on Team 8R. We have three children and
we are busy! Our 6 1/2 year old son, Brennan, is very active and runs
everywhere! His identical twin sisters (3 1/2 years), Jenna and Sydney,
are great girls! They are very busy kids! We also have a dog named Callie.  I enjoy walking, scrapbooking, raising money for breast cancer awareness and reading.

Throughout the year there are a variety of topics that we will be covering
in 6th grade science. I have the distinct advantage that many students are
new to the topics that we cover and they are just as enthusiastic to learn
about them as I am to teach them.

different from the resources that the CAT will take you to! Check it out!
