About Upton Elementary

Upton Elementary School's staff, parents and community work together to ensure that every student is academically, socially, culturally and emotionally successful in our family-oriented environment.

• Upton has been selected to pilot a well researched full day/full week Kindergarten program. The program will be an opportunity for students to increase their literacy, math and social skills in learning situations appropriate for young children.
  
• Upton's flexibly grouped 1st and 2nd grade literacy program offers students small group, targeted instruction with a highly qualified team of teachers who use researched-based techniques.
  
• The 3rd and 4th grade literacy program continues these flexible groupings with another team of highly qualified teachers.
