Not all students achieve their fullest
potential in a traditional high school setting. With that fact in mind, Royal Oak Continuing Education has provided " alternative
high school" classes and programs for over 30 years.
Classes are offered during both the daytime and evening hours at the Churchill
Community Education Center.

Royal Oak's daytime alternative high school
program is for students 16-19 years old.
Classes are held Monday through Friday. The a.m.
session is 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The p.m. session is 10:10 a.m. to 3:00
p.m.
New students must call
248-577-5639 or 248-588-5050 ext. 205 to schedule an interview for admission.

Royal Oak's evening alternative high school
program for adults and high school age students (16 and older) who wish to
complete the requirements for a high school diploma.
Tuition: Non-high school graduates who are not attending school during the day may take
classes free of charge. Students who attend school during the day must pay
a tuition fee for evening classes and bring a signed permission slip from their
high school counselor.
Two 15-week semesters are offered between September
and May. Call
